The next day we let Chad sleep in peace and quiet. We went over to the church to help clean. The boys did a great job cleaning the chairs. We had to wash and dry each folding chair. We cleaned most of them ourselves and they were sparkling when we were done!
A little while after we got home Chad woke up and wanted to do something fun with the family, so we decided to go out in our backyard and shoot BB's at some old soda cans. The boys were very excited to get going!
Everyone got a chance to shoot. Tanner, Kaden and Trevor were able to shoot on their own. They were very excited when they saw that they hit one of the cans.
Devon tried to shoot the gun by himself (don't worry, we were close by), but he couldn't quite do it, so Chad stepped in and helped him.
Austin was also helped by Chad. Austin was pretty excited to get his chance. I think this was his first time shooting.
Chad, of course, is a pro at shooting the soda cans. I'm not the best, but I can hold my own against the boys!
We had a really nice afternoon together. Chad could have slept longer, but he wanted to get up and spend time with us since he had been gone for so long. What a great dad! We love you Chad!
