My parent's old house has a special feature - a stair chair. My parents had the stair chair installed when my grandmother came to live with them. They had a two story house and my grandmother just couldn't do the stairs so many times everyday. It worked out perfectly for her.
Grandma was not the only one who enjoyed the stair chair . . . her great-grandchildren did as well. Several years ago when we were visiting, my boys discovered the stair chair. They loved it and it became one of their favorite toys! Grandma even took the boys for a ride!
On our recent visit Austin got to take a ride on the stair chair. He loved it! Every time we passed by the chair he tried to get me to put him on it! I only wish Grandma was there to take him for a ride on the chair.

That was the cutest thing when we were in Cali...he would get so excited...it's fun to see the other picture of the boys in the stair chair a couple years ago! They all look so little! We miss you guys!
