Car trips

When you have a family as big as ours frequent plane trips are not an option. Car trips become the only way to travel. Luckily our boys are very familiar with car travel. Whenever we tell the boys we are going on a trip they immediately start making plans.


They get out their Gameboys and charge them up.


They pick out way too many books and toys. I usually have to look through their stuff and put some of it back.


They also start planning which movies they are going to watch. Star Wars is usually the favorite. Surprising right!


And, of course, the food! They don't get to pick what we have, but they make sure I have their bag packed and ready to go.

I hope the boys will have fond memories of our family car trips. They sure are memorable to us!
